User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Sign in to your Flip account on the mobile app.
2. Go to the “Account” tab.
3. Tap “Security” in the list of account options.
4. At the bottom of the Security page, tap “Deactivate account”.
5. Optionally, leave feedback to help us improve the app for others.
6. Confirm deactivation.

Account and data will be deleted after 30 days. To cancel your request, simply sign in to the mobile app.
